ROOTED IN THE 59TH DISTRICT
State Representative Carol Hall proudly represents the 59th District, serving the towns of Enfield and East Windsor in the Connecticut General Assembly. Now in her fifth term, Rep. Hall continues in a leadership role serving as an Assistant House Leader. Her legislative assignments include membership on the Finance, Revenue & Bonding, Public Safety, and Transportation Committees. Prior to her time in the state legislature, Representative Hall's willingness to give back to her community started as a member of the Enfield Town Council and General Government Sub-committee and the Insurance Sub-committee for the council, where she served for more than a decade. She also found time to serve on the Enfield Ethics Commission, Enfield Building Committee for the Elementary and Junior High School, and Enfield Republican Town Committee. In 2025, Carol was reelected to serve as a member of the Enfield Town Council. Raised in a military family, Carol moved around for much of her childhood, eventually planting roots in Enfield when she was in high school and has called it home ever since. Carol and her husband Fred, a retired Enfield police officer, have raised three children, a daughter Heather and two sons, Zachary and Wes. She and her husband are also proud grandparents to five grandchildren, a set of twins, and a set of triplets. For more than thirty-five years she has been a Realtor for Century 21 AllPoints Realty.
As a longtime Enfield resident, Realtor, mother, grandmother and State Representative, Carol Hall's top priority is continuing to address Connecticut's overall affordability. With surging electricity costs, a lack of government accountability and transparency, decreases in protections for our law enforcement officers, and attacks on our personal rights and freedoms, Connecticut needs more leaders willing to stand up and fight for you, and Carol Hall is one of those not willing to back down.
Fighting to make Connecticut affordable by protecting the fiscal guardrails and pushing back on budgets that make it harder for families to stay here.
Supported practical relief for homeowners and local taxpayers, including permanent property tax relief proposals.
Backed reforms that make state spending easier for residents to see, understand, and hold accountable.
Stands with police, veterans, families, and constitutional freedoms while keeping communities safe.
